PURPOSE To encourage creativity, employee engagement, and internal brand advocacy while generating authentic social media content to promote PSH properties, outlets, products, services, and hospitality experiences. The contest will also identify talented internal staff who may support future PSH digital marketing initiatives. 2. CONTEST CONCEPT PSH CONTENT CREATOR CHALLENGE “Create. Share. Inspire. Win.” Employees are invited to create engaging short-form videos featuring PSH brands and experiences for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Instagram Reels. 3. PARTICIPATION & ENTRY LIMITS Open to PSH internal staff only. Participation may be individual or by team. Maximum 3 staff members per team. Each participant/team may submit one (1) video entry only. A staff member may participate in one entry/team only. All content must be original and created specifically for the contest. Video format: Vertical 9:16, recommended 15–60 seconds. 4. CONTENT GUIDELINES Content must: Feature or promote a PSH property, outlet, product, service, or hospitality experience. Be positive, creative, and aligned with PSH brand standards. Obtain consent when featuring guests or colleagues. Be published during the official Video Release Period. Allow PSH to repost or use submitted content for company marketing purposes.
